Underperforming

What a day!

Today I had the yearly talk with my boss about my performance.

And he’s not very satisfied, I won’t get a raise

On the bright side: He doesn’t seem to have any problem with my expression of my gender identity on the job. That subject wasn’t even mentioned! My female appearance is now ‘business as usual’.

His problem seems to be, that I take too much time for each thing I do. Hmm… Maybe I’m being too perfectionist. Or maybe I took on too much work, just to please him…

And now I discover that my favorite webcast, Gendertalk, will air one hour later today. Europe has switched daylight saving time and the USA hasn’t done that yet.

It will start at 1:30 AM Dutch time today
